I hurt my ankle and was diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and put in a boot. When I first went to the NEO room my pain was about a 6 (on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being very bad pain). After my session, my swelling went down and my pain was about a 2 and I could move it more. After we were done, I was more relaxed and felt like I could do more. I kept going in for daily sessions for a week and my pain level got better and better every day. I also always felt relaxed after my sessions. After 10 days of sessions, I ended up getting my boot off a week early and was able to recover faster.
