I usually have a few hours of morning stiffness and difficulty getting my body started. When I tried the NEO room, I felt pain relief from day one. When I came out of the NEO room, I felt good in my body. The pain came back again after a few hours of the initial NEO room use. But, after about 3 weeks (3-6 NEO sessions), I forgot to take my medication because there was no pain.
